Upon receipt of your order, CAPSULE DE PLUME will carefully prepare your package and will do its best to deliver it in a timely manner.

DELIVERY

CAPSULE DE PLUME ships to France (including Corsica) and the rest of the world.

Delivery will be made by La Poste Colissimo for shipments in  France and Postexport for shipments to the rest of the world from Monday to Saturday at the address you provided.

These conditions specify the specific characteristics of the product Colissimo France and Postexport. They supplement the General Sale Conditions. These General Terms of Delivery are available at every La Poste point of contact and on the website of La Poste (www.laposte.com)

The possible delays do not entitle the Customer to claim damages, cancellation of the order or a reduction in the price paid by the Client. In case of unusual delay, an email will be sent.

CAPSULE DE PLUME can not be held responsible for non-execution of the contract, in case of force majeure, disruption or general strike, or partial, including postal services and transport, flood, storm or fire.

TRACKING

It is possible to track the main steps of transporting packages on the website of La Poste, except for shipments within Saint-Pierre and Miquelon. La Poste, by an obligation of means, gives reasonable efforts to make the tracking available. Information and terms of use of tracking are specified on the website of La Poste.
